About Barbara Grandolfo

Why Barbara Grandolfo & Seven Gables?

Because Barbara knows how important her good name is to her business, she strives to create excellence at every opportunity & earn client trust, everyday. That commitment is neither mantra, nor promise but rather, two key Core Values that define Seven Gables Real Estate and all to whom it is associated. Barbara also differentiates herself by being attentive to every detail of a transaction.

A Foundation of Knowledge & Experience

Twenty-three years of working in the legal profession gave Barbara an incredible foundation of knowledge before she became a Realtor®. For seven of those years, she worked as an administrator for one of Orange County’s most prominent real estate law firms. It was then that she realized the importance of oversight in order to avoid the common pitfalls of the business, and what ultimately inspired her to get into real estate 10 years ago.

The insight distinguishes Barbara from other Realtors® and has been of immeasurable benefit to her many clients through the years.

Communities Represented

Barbara represents clients all over Orange County with special emphasis on Central and North Orange County in communities that include Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda and Orange.

And whether you’re a first time buyer, a homeowner looking to move up, a resident facing a distress situation or relocating, she has the knowledge, understanding and resources to assist you every step of the way.

Personal & Professional Service

Barbara adheres to a standard that requires she provide her clients with the same level of customer care she expects when she is on the receiving end of the service spectrum. It’s a basic do unto others philosophy.

She also believes that the real estate profession is one that requires very personal attention from the Realtor, which is why she is hands on from beginning to end with the real estate transaction and why she never accepts more business than she can personally handle. At the end of a transaction, she wants her clients to look back on the experience as a positive one in the hopes of earning their trust for all their future real estate needs.

As a testimony to that, much of her success is based on repeat business from satisfied clients who continue to refer her to their friends and family.
